Hi everyone.
We just bought our first reno's delight. The house was built in 1963 and is still on the original wooden stumps which some have rot below the soil line.
The walls do have some small cracks mainly on the butt joints of the plaster.
Just after some opinons. Should we do all of the stumps before doing any other work on the walls etc?
Any other advise we be much appreciated.
