Jarrah Kitchen Doors...best finish

G'day all,
I am currently relocating my kitchen and would like to re-coat all the jarrah doors.
I made all the doors myself a few years back, and initially used intergrain (clear water based)...I want them to possibly look a little glossier...any suggestions. I will be sanding and re-routing the edges to get a good finish...but not sure to go with intergrain again.
