Anyone know what these are

I'm wondering if anyone knows what these worm things are

I find them regularly in roofs just sitting on-top of the insulation never seen one under a house.

But I have seen one on the wall of a house once (Might have been lost:U)

Apology's for the pic quality but it was in a dark ceiling with a phone camera
