Who can grade timber

Hi,
I am starting to build our home and one of the buildings has 4 x 10m exposed trusses. I have sourced locally (Townsville) recycled (from an old hospital) lenghts of Hoop Pine that will do the job. Problem is the engineer plans call for MGP12 and the recycled timber is not graded. Our preference is to stick with timber with 'history' and a sence of age - does any know how or who can visually grade timber (particularly in this area...)?
