Fitting a Timber Window - Where to Start?

Hi all,

We have an aluminium window in our kitchen which has got to go. I was planning on getting a timber windows from Stegbar and fitting it myself, the only issue is I am not sure where to start. Does anyone know of any decent online videos or tutorials on how to fit a window?
