what toilet to get, 3/6L or 3/4.5L ??

im debating what type of toilet to get as ive heard reports that the 3/4.5L models dont privide enough water at times to do a full flush and leave crap in the bottom of toilet where the 3/6L models dont.
can anyone confirm this and comment on their experience?
