Project, replace the original window (cracked glass, missing glass, dry rot) with a new 2nd hand window
Bought the window from a 2nd hand demolition yard ($200)
The boards were recycled from the side of the house (replaced a few weeks back)
Took us about 6 1/2 hrs from start to finish
