Football problem

Wallan Football Club was always late for arrival for their
games and received a stern warning from the Umpires Board.
"The next time you arrive late, the other team can start
without you".

Sure enough they were late. The umpire bounced the ball and
the players streamed to the goal area without interruption.
However the full forward only kicked a point.

Wallan arrived fifteen minutes later but the score was still
only one point. They soon discovered the problem -
there was no full back available to kick the ball back into play.
