recommend me a good skylight for kitchen

my new house has a kitchen in the middle of the house with no windows. needs a skylight. the kitchen is about 4m x 4m.
im looking at this, would thi sbe any good or can you recommend anythin better?? i dont one that is too big, just want an effective one.

but i dont want to let too much heat in.
