Best place to buy SS decking screws?

Just wondering where you have found reasonable quality stainless decking screws at a great price. I reckon i need about 1600
My decking turned up this arvo - 140mm merbau - which is being screwed into treated pine joists. I originally bought gal hex head batton screws (ones with the big head) as i thought it would look good having the big head on the wider board but am now rethinking because i dont a 'jetty' out the back of my house. I think the smaller head and in stainless will look better.

Also i just wanted to check that i can pull the boards straight out of the pack (all wrapped up in plastic at the moment) and screw them straight to the joists without letting the settle/weather etc.

After being screwed down i just wash with napisan mix and the oil straight away? does all that sound right.
