Tiles at back of freestanding cooker?

Tiles at back of freestanding cooker?

Fitting a new kitchen and not to keen on the idea of tiles at back of cooker as im thinking will get greasy and the grout will get discoloured quicky.
Any suggestions on what i could use instead?
