Add on air con

Hi All,
We've installed a window type air con unit on our lounge area which is fine during the day but it obviously doesn't cool our 2 bedrooms on hot nights. We've also got ducted heating and I was wondering if you can 'add on' an air con unit to the heating ducts? I'd be happy to crawl under the house twice a year to change the ducts from one unit to the other! Alternatively does anyone know of someone who would install a ducted cooling system to only 2 points (bedrooms). Most seem to be 3-4 points minimum.
