Hi Johnnie, welcome aboard.
There are already a lot of yankie boys here in this wonderful forum, and also from all over the world.
Hope you have a good time here.

G'day Johnnie. Welcome to the very best woodworking board in cyberspace. World wide web was named after this forum - er, that's not a fact, but we do have members from many countries (38 actually). Enjoy yourself but tell us more about what you do and show some pictures of your successes and failures so we can learn.

G'day, Johnnie. What Ad and soth said.
Except for a few "religious wars" about metric vs Imperial, and 'Murrican spelling, there hasn't been much agony. You'll like it more if you bookmark an Australian slang dictionary, at least for a while.
Oh, another thing: Australia is about 15 hours ahead of US EST, so the date and time display may look haywire to you. Daylight saving periods also swap polarity.
Cheers,
Joe
G'day Johnnie and welcome to the show!!:2tsup::2tsup::2tsup:
Lots of Americans here so you won't be flying solo on that count. Lovely part of the world you live in.
Ooh. A Johnnie come lately. :D
Welcome aboard.
Hi Johnnie, You are more than welcome. We have a lot of American friends here.
