What type of grade floorboards

I have a house in Canberra and will be replacing the carpet with hardwood floorboards - it has a pine floor underneath but they are not nice enough to sand.

I have been looking at Black butt and have seen some in 'natural' grade. What does this mean, are they any good and would anyone recommend installing them?

I am also looking for a good yet economical floorboard installer in Canberra.
