Maintaining bore pumps

Hi guys. I have recently purchased a house on the Central Coast (NSW) that has two bore pumps. One is branded Billabong, the other Coltara. Despite their age, they work pretty well at the moment. I have no knowledge of these things at all and there is no-one I can ask locally, so I mainly want to ask whether there is any maintenance I should be doing on them ???????

Also, one does leak a bit, so maybe I should be replacing some seals or something ?

I have posted a picture of each to make it clearer what they are.
