Ranbuild shed footings

Having not built a shed before was wondering if anyone has had anything to do with ranbuild shed footings. They look like a u-bolt that is cast in upside down and then the upright bolts to it. Thats how it looks on the website,(havn't got the kit yet). Any ideas or hints would be ideal aswell, It's a 6x6 garage with a 6x6 carport on the front. Cant wait.
