Have to give a pat on the back to Hare and Forbes.
Bought some stuff recently. They went to some trouble on the phone to cover any shortcomings the machine might be perceived to have.
Barely put in the order before it was delivered.

not happy - had a wobble where I thought it shouldn't have a wobble
no probs - bring it back and we'll give you another. How can I be sure it won't have a wobble, We'll unpack and check
