Tiny black pores in Merbau. Should I be worried?

Hi there,

I'm building new deck. I've 140 x 19 Merbau boards. Quite a few have got tiny black pores. Each pore is about 10 mm deep and there are quite a few on each board as seen in images below. What are these? Should I be worried? Will these give me trouble in few months?
