Attachments in replies & PMs

Hi everyone
Can someone tell me if I can add attachments to replies and PMs? I wanted to use a file this morning and couldn't find a way to do it?

Am I missing something?

No, you are not missing something :) Attachments are not available in PMs or replies to PMs.
