Pre fab Wine Cellar?

Has anyone on here installed a pre-fab wine cellar, like either of the following?
http://cellar-creations.com.au/
http://www.hytekconcreteproducts.com.au/

Its seems like a much cheaper option than building one.
Any opinion appreciated.
