Gas boiler problem

I m live Los Angeles

I have a year old Williamson gas boiler with indirect-fired hot water heater that's giving me problems. Boiler fires up fine and reaches the proper temp.[180] and shuts down. Does not start up again until temp. goes down to 135. Replaced aquastat and no change. Aquastat has a reset button, dial for high temp., but no setting for lower limit. Honeywell 6000-E

Any idea on how to raise the temperture of the lower limit?
