I like the look of roof shingles in slate or even fibro cement ones. Has anybody here had any experiences with shingles? Hardy make some they could even look like timber if the pattern wasn't so obviously repetitive. Dark slate ones look real good I think. Our roof will have a pitch of 45 or more so that would work fine and we are building in the mountains with timber and sandstone. Any thoughts would be appreciated . Cheers Reiner
