Preventing Groundwater with Renovation

Hi All, We have a 60's home which we are in the process of drawing up plans for a major extension including decking around the entire house. Photos of existing house (marked in red in plan) and proposed extension attached. The house: Located in a flood area; House has been lifted so floorboards will (almost) never get wet; You can walk under the house; Underneath house has been sandbagged and set up to pump out minimal groundwater during flood; Around the house has been built up...
