Converting deck to rooms

I am in design mode to convert the deck into rooms, another modification to my DA and a couple of hundred $. I am going to infill the walls on my deck now the roof is on and build rooms instead of the deck I have. The deck is 2 stories and I am looking at either putting in a mod on the current DA just for the rooms upstairs, It will be open plan as I had the truss guys design the roof to allow the existing back wall to come out all together (9.1m across).
