To owner build or not?

Hi guys, thanks for those who chipped in with info on the shutters. I had thoughts last year on building on our block then went overseas for six months and now I'm not sure ( I went away with big ideas for when we got back). Before we left we had a house designed and I thought we were getting final drawings (but I didn't read the small print). The upshot of it all is that we have plans for an 34sq two story house, but I'm starting to loose my nerve about owner building (yet still feel...
