Another gap in colourbond roof thread

So as to not hijack the other thread, heres another. I have a colourbond roof on a 'granny flat' out the back. The problem is, every 20cm or so, where the 'ridge' is, theres a gap behind and above the guttering, above the top 'rafter' that its nailed to. I wish to rodent proof the room - its at 'lockup stage' and no internal walls or ceiling, and is currently used as storage for junk. If I had internal ceilings, rodents couldn't get to the room itself, but without, they wander in and...
