Restumping - Where Would You Suggest I Go From Here?

Hi, As some of the older members will know we have had our house restumped twice with the last 3 years for the total cost of around $13-14,000. After much stress and time we got the second stumper back (via the BACV telling him to come back after our complaint). However, I noticed yesterday that the pine floorboards (tongue & groove I think) are opening up again in our kitchen:(.
