poystyrene wall cladding

I am contemplating putting foam sheets on the exterior of my house but I am undecided between the polystyrene foam that uses screws and large washers or another product that has small foam ball like particles joined together by an aerated concrete. Is there anybody out there who has used the latter product and knows the product name and where to buy it from.
