Dodgy Brick Wall

We used to have a timber boundary fence with our neighbours. We did a makeover on our backyard about 5 years ago and basically put up a false wall made from blue board. The posts were put in on our side of the boundary and just clad. Effectively we lost about 18" on either side of our backyard. I'm planning on redoing the backyard so recently climbed a ladder just to check out the condition of the false wall on one side of the backyard.
