report from a reputable engineer in Adelaide

I few months ago I got a 4x6 shed concreted by the crap concreter now I'm working with Consumer Affairs to to fix it up they say I need a reputable engineer or building consultant to write down problems with my job and if it goes to court, does anyone know any engineers in Adelaide. I could just ring a Local concreter but I would think most would not want to get involved and go to court if it ends up this way. What are the costs to get a report done does anyone know
