how do you extend an IP hole?

ive got this IP hole or what ever its called with15 cm top inside diameter, outside the dunny room. it is buried about 5cm. i need to pav over the top of it where i will be building the area up another 15cm. i dont want to block this hole off, is there a way i can extend it so it sits level with my paving when finished incase its ever needed??
