Help with 3 phase motor

G'day guys, I'm hoping somebody may be able to help me with a 3 phase motor on a lathe. The plate was covered in paint but after an acetone wash it looks like it reads, GMF "cadet" motor rated at 400V and it says "Y Conn". Can I confirm it is star configuration? I need to run it as 3x230V
