Sub irrigration design surface

Hi
I have to draw up a plan to the local council for applying for a wastewater treatment system before I start building my house

It consit of the sub surface irrigration system (due to landslip issues) and the placement of the system itself, the only knowledge I have is that the irrigration has to deal with 150 sq metres ,

I have chosen the Biolytix wastewater treatment

Does anyone have any help on how to to do this, or examples or who can do it for me ?
