Tap won't stop dripping! Please help.

My shower has started dripping, both from around the handle as well as from the shower head.

So far i've tryed:

- Replacing the washer
- Reseating with a reseating tool
- Replacing the o-ring

However, it continues to drip.

What else can I try, or is it time to call in a plumber?
