What do you think....?

Hi all,

Hoping I can get some feedback on this product please, any reviews welcome, it will be going onto a slab of an established home.

Would it be better than the other engineered flooring around due to it having a 6mm tip layer?
Would it be able to be sanded more than the 4mm ones?
What janka hardness is Oak?
