Ground Level Decking Info

Hi,

Hoping some one can provide some info in regards to options in the construction of a deck, 4.6x4.6m and with only 110mm clearance.

I am hoping to have the deck at floor level to the house. From searching on the site I am thinking of digging trenches and laying reinforced concrete for the bearers and then bolting the joists to these bearers.

Is this option ok or is there another option that maybe better?

If the concrete bearer option is ok, what would be the recommended dimensions/specifications for the concrete?
