Merbau Decking Screws

I am looking for some SS screws for 90 x 19 merbau into 175 x 50 f17 hardwood. I found some OTTER's at bunnings but they are only 7g in size. Are these big enough? They dont appear to make 10g's. Where do I find some good quality 10g's in Brisbane. Maybe the ss ring shank nails are ok and less work. Deck is right on the beach if that makes a difference!
