Overlay flooring question - 130mm?

Hi All,

am finalising some options for the hardwood flooring going into my new place.

got two quotes from the same company, one for 80mm x 14mm and one 130mm x 19mm

I setup the house for overlay (i.e finishing heights for tiling, waterfall edges of kitchen bench raised 15mm off the ground) I don't want to be using any quad.

so the question is, does 130mm overlay (~14mm) flooring exist?

Any suggestions that if it doesn't exist can help me accommodate 130x19 where I've allowed for 15mm height?
