We had our house restumped last year and there are cracks everywhere. I can deal with the ones on the walls, it is just the ones along the cornice line that I am not sure what to do.
It is a very basic question - with the plaster/paint split should I scrape it or sand it or just bog over the top of it with the paste type plaster?
