I wonder why they need to tell you it can withstand a 1 megatonne bomb blast ... are they withholding something from the prospective buyers?

What's even more interesting is that you can buy one of these for about the same price as a house in inner sydney :)

In fact, some of the land they offer is dirt cheap compared to current aussie land prices.
Maybe we should all pitch in and put Norm's little shack to shame :)
