Thanks Skew - just wasted 2 hrs and realised there are a LOT of really stupid people around - most of the stories reminded me of the phrase I used a lot when recording an issue whenever I was called upon to fix issues from users ... the vast majority of issues were coded as PICNICs (Problem In Chair Not In Computer ... but I never told the user that was what the code meant of course - if ever pressed I'd say problem in computer now is cured )
I use PEBKAC - Problem Exists Between Keyboard and Chair.
Also "Eye Dee One Zero Tee" (I.D.1.0.T)
