Heart problems

A 93 year old man went to the doctor for a check-up.

A few days later the doctor saw the man strutting down
the street with a gorgeous young lady on his arm.

The doctor said to him, "You are really chirpy, aren't
you and looking happy with yourself?"

The old man replied, "Just doing what you told me.
Get a hot mama and be cheerful".

The doctor replied, "I didn't say that. I said you had
a heart murmour and be careful".
