Looks great Jappa, look forward to your progress.:2tsup:
I am also in the middle of renovating a 1920's era Californian Bungalow. When I bought it I thought that if it had stood for nearly 90 years it would probably stand for another 100. The only problem is that I have to "un renovate" all the terrible things that have happened in the mean time. Best of luck in your place. :)
I am hearing you. I have some really lovely 50's additions to the house, including the beautiful "sun room" at the back.
Oh and dont get me started on the hideous wallpaper and green shagpile carpet
Do you have any pictures of your renovation?
Yeah I have a couple:

So we have ripped out the front fence and laid some turf - that's pretty much the extent of what we have done outside so far. Inside we have laid the timber floor and painted and put a new kitchen in. Still sooo much to do though.
Looks like a good start. What sort of flooring did you put down?
I cant wait to get stuck into ours
I put some lovely photos on my blog too
Thats a Universal 1 strip floating floor - the colour is Kempas. Got it through carpet call and laid it ourselves.
I love the color
