farewell to my Jess
My beautiful daughter Jessica Lee White, gave up her fight to remain with us on Sunday last 13/01/08. She was to be 17 on Saturday but she couldnt fight any more, 16 years of fighting had taken too much from her. She came into this world fighting and fought to the end. We, mom and dad held her in our arms as she went to sleep. Dont be sad, dont shed tears for her, do what she would want you to do, smile, open your eyes, love and go on.
We will be celebrating her life and saying farewell to Jess on Friday, 10am at Pinaroo.
Thank you to all the forumites as she enjoyed my tales to her of your antics and in a small way enjoyed the results of her fathers efforts in woodworking.
JESS ROCKS

Glad I'm home today :C .
You are lucky she blessed you with her presence, and she left you many happy memories I'm sure. What's more, she would have helped to define the character of everyone surrounding her, and you will recognise those traits for many years to come. Will think of her on Friday.

My thoughts are with you ssgt!

My thoughts are also with you and your family ssgt.
I'm glad she was able to bring so much joy and happiness to your lives for so long. :2tsup:
(I'm also hoping i don't have to explain to anyone who walks past my office why i have tears in my eyes)

Mourn your loss but treasure your memories as I am sure she was a very special girl.

In a small way I know how you feel. I have two grandsons with cystic fibrosis, one to each daughter. We know their lives will be short so we live each day to the full as you obviously did. What will still remain are the memories and in those your daughter will be alive. Celebrate her life, for she obviously gave you happiness.
