Can I remove sanding sealer then stain and reseal?

Hi all,

Well it seems I can't really get the look I want after sealing so my question is can I remove the sealer off my cyprus Pine then stain it and reapply my sealer with out to much heartache or damage to the piece?

If so what is the best method (and hopefully the quickest!!).
