Im just a friend of zongatron, thats how anonymous this question is...
Hypothetically, if i was to owner build and have a mortgage------> in the mortgage terms and conditions all structural renovation work must be carried out by a licensed builder.
Sooo, if i was to apply for an owner builders permit from the council etc.... do they have any questions in this process regarding finance on the property in question? Would by any chance they be obliged to contact the hypothetical finance company which may or may not exist.
Or as far as council are concerned I could just perhaps be doing $11000 & 1 dollars worth of landscaping???
