steel water tanks

I'm an owner-builder in Blue Mountains NSW looking for best deal on 5000 litre Colorbond steel water tank. I need 2 of them - one for BASIX requirements incl electrical pump etc; and one for RFNSW requirements incl petrol pump & storz valve.

I'd also be interested in estimate of plumbing charges to connect the BASIX tank to toilet and washing machine.
