In the pic, I am fitting the trim around the oven. I'd appreciate some assistance with fastening the top marked A and middle B. Down the bottom is OK
It needs to be removable to service the oven. All I could think of is setting in magnets in the trim piece at A and B (maybe another one or two?) and fitting screws into the casing behind it.
Any other tricks?
How about a picture of it with the trim removed so we can see what there is to fix to - if anything
You could fit some magnetic push-open push-close type closers.

Are you sure it needs to be removed to service the oven, as just about every oven I have installed including Omega from my Kitchen installation days fit straight in with the trim fitted first.
My thoughts exactly - I haven't met a late model oven yet that needs to have the fascia removed to take the oven out...the only reason we fit the ovens first is so that we can get the fascia boards nice and close to the oven.Quote:

As an aside, have you thought about taking 2-3mm off the top of that board to make it level with the adjoining door?

Update. I did not really need to be removeable as the oven could be slide out without removing the trim piece. I did however use a couple of heavy duty magnetic door closers and a few 10mm disc shaped rare earth magnetics and it sits in there perfectly.
