paint removal

hi all,

whats the easiest way to get paint off a concrete wall? some area have started to flake already. i want to waterproof the wall before sticking a slate stackwall to it.

If some of the paint is already flaking off it a good jet washer should do the trick.

Like most things though some will probably fall of and other areas will resist every attempt to remove them.

tried using paint remover but found it more difficult that anticipated :) just want to spray on and wash off - lol
