Approx cost of adding an extension in Melbourne?

What is the approximate cost (per square meter) of an extension, either to build up our out? Its is a Victorian (WB) house if it helps?

If you go to the Archicentre website you can get a cost guide. It's just a guid but it should point you in the right direction. It includes up and out extensions.
